Nearly 3.5 million use One Touch Switch as telecom costs squeeze households
Ofcom says nearly 3.5 million people have started switching landline or broadband provider through One Touch Switch. The figures also expose the price of falling out of contract and the pressure telecom bills are placing on household budgets.
