Accuracy, not disagreement
The right to rectification is strongest when you can identify a factual inaccuracy.
Do not write only “your records are wrong”. Quote the field, entry, date, status or statement you dispute, then state the correction you want. A record can sometimes accurately record that somebody made an allegation even if you deny the allegation itself, so be precise about what fact is inaccurate.
