2. the detailed contract information supplied before I became bound;
3. the timestamp/method by which those documents were sent or made available;
4. the record showing my express consent after receiving the contract summary;
5. the package, monthly price, contract term, one-off charges and add-ons recorded at checkout;
6. the call recording/transcript and relevant sales/interaction notes, if held; and
7. the order confirmation and activation/billing record.

[Optional: The specific representation I remember being made was: “[what was said]”. This mattered because [why it influenced the decision].]

If you maintain that a binding agreement was formed on the disputed terms, please explain the evidence above and identify the exact terms/version you rely upon.
