1. the product/application/order that triggered the search;
2. the order/application reference and timestamp;
3. whether the search was hard or soft and which CRA(s) were searched;
4. the legal entity that carried out the search;
5. the decision/status produced by the check;
6. whether a regulated device-finance agreement was involved; and
7. whether any duplicate or incorrect search/data should now be corrected.

If the footprint is inaccurate or was not tied to a genuine transaction, please correct the data with every CRA to which it was reported and confirm that in writing.
