Contradiction schedule

Use only real contradictions

Two statements are not contradictory merely because they use different words.

Make sure both statements concern the same material fact, period and question. Quote or accurately summarise each position, give its source and explain why both cannot comfortably stand together without further explanation.

Questions arising

Do not label a difference a “lie” unless you have evidence of dishonesty. Establish the objective conflict first.

Use it strategically

A contradiction schedule can shorten the main complaint.

Instead of repeating both versions throughout your complaint, cross-reference the schedule and ask for a finding on the disputed fact.
